Summer is at its best on the waters of Keurusselkä! Experience the authentic atmosphere of the paddle steamer! Now in
its 40th season, the paddle steamer operates from Keuruu Harbour and the jetty at Hotel Keurusselkä, as well as to the neighbouring Art Town of Mänttä-Vilppula.
There
are regular services between Keuruu Harbour, located in the centre of Keuruu, and Hotel Keurusselkä. Sightseeing cruises are also available, with the boat retu ing to its point of departure.
In addition, themed cruises are organised, including entertainment cruises for children, band evenings, storytelling cruises and more.

The operator of the boat service during season 26 is Keurusselkä Resort (Hotel Keurusselkä)

The paddle steamer Elias Lönnrot, which has been operating on Lake Keurusselkä in Keuruu since 1986, offers cruises from, for example, Ahtola Harbour in Keuruu to the shore of Hotel Keurusselkä, a jou ey of approximately 50 minutes.
There are also jetties at Camping Nyyssänniemi in Keuruu and in the neighbouring town of Mänttä (approx. 2 hours from Keuruu).
The boat is 31.3 m long, 9 m wide at its widest point including the paddlewheel housing, and has a draught of 1.1 m. The maximum passenger capacity is 125 people.
The boat is owned by the town of Keuruu and will be operated during the 2025 season by Keurusselkä Resort (Hotel Keurusselkä).
