Residents can also submit a service request for property maintenance using an online form. This applies only to NON-URGENT maintenance services.

Urgent maintenance work should still be requested by calling either the property managers directly or the rental housing office on 0400 542265, or the technical on-call service on 0400 245615 outside office hours

Instructions for submitting a service request

  1. Select the correct property or flat address from the window that opens.
  2. Select the appropriate option under ‘Base Unit’, if available, e.g. Building A or Building B.
  3. In the 'Subject' field, briefly describe what your service request is about. If your service request relates to a specific flat, please also include the flat number (e.g. The doorbell isn't working in flat C 15).
  4. Select the most appropriate option from the drop-down menu under ‘Classification’, e.g. Heating. If you cannot find a suitable option, select ‘Other’.
  5. You can provide further details in the 'Description' field. For example, you can use this section to specify your preferred time for the service.
  6. If the property manager is permitted to use a master key, click the empty box to the left of the ‘No’ option. This will change the selection to ‘Yes’.
  7. You can skip the 'Additional work' section.
  8. You can upload a photo or other file under: Attachments.
  9. Finally, fill in the fields: Registrant’s name, Email address and Phone number. In the Organisation field, you can enter, for example, ‘resident’. You must enter something in this field for the submission to be successful.
  10. Finally, click the 'Send' button.
