Keuruu Water’s emergency service is available for urgent situations, such as water leaks and sewer backflows. You can also view the disruption map and sign up to receive disruption alerts for your address via the link provided below the instructions. Disruption alerts are sent by text message or email.

    How to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the City of Keruu’s disruption alerts

    Please register your number separately with the service if

    Ordering a PIN code

    1. Enter your name and telephone number (in the format 0401234567) or your email address in the fields provided.
    2. Click the ‘Send PIN’ button. You will shortly receive a four-digit PIN via text message or email. If you provided a landline number, you will shortly receive a call in which the four-digit PIN will be read out to you.
    3. Enter the PIN code you have received in the field provided.
    4. Click the OK button.

    Adding an address in Keuruu

    1. First enter the postcode in the first field, then the street name in Keuruu in the second field, and the house number in the third field. Note: the fields are auto-filled!
      • If you live in a terraced house or a block of flats, please do not enter details of the staircase or your flat in the 'house number' field.
    2. Please check the address details you have entered and click the ‘Continue’ button to confirm your registration.
    3. All done. You will now receive a notification via your chosen method if a fault or disruption occurs at the address you provided. You can close the tab/browser.

    You can register more than one address, such as a summer cottage or a close relative’s address. Residents of terraced houses and flats can also sign up for disruption alerts.

    Maintenance companies, property managers and other organisations can subscribe to fault notifications for the properties they manage.
