Support services: each booker places their order directly with the service provider as soon as they receive the booking confirmation.

City technical emergency service: 0400 245 615 (for matters requiring urgent attention).

Please note: the building is fitted with an automatic alarm system. You can use the timer switch next to the door to keep the exte al doors open. Keeping the door open by any other means will trigger the alarm. Reset the timer switch when you leave the building and switch off the lights.

Opening the door

Booking the foyer and theatre hall: The outer door can be programmed to open at your preferred times, or automatically 15 minutes before and after the start time of your booking. Inside the main door, there is an ‘egg timer’ which you can set to your preferred schedule to keep the door open. On the foyer door inside Kimara, there is a code key box where you will receive the code prior to your booking.

The meeting room door will be set to remain open for the duration of the booking.

Facility equipment: video projector (on stage), fixed video projector (access restricted to technical staff), remote-controlled screen, sound and lighting equipment (access restricted to technical staff), lecte , DVD player with wired microphone, 50 folding chairs, 10 folding tables, Steinway grand piano, 3 music stands, 6 upholstered folding chairs on stage. Please use your own computer. Ticket desk in the foyer. Access ramp and accessible toilet.

The meeting room is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machines, thermos flasks and a fridge.

Koulutie 3 C, 42700 Keuruu. Parking is available in the school complex area (limited spaces at Kimara, but additional spaces are available next to both Kivikoulu and Yhteiskoulu), opposite the town hall and in the bus station area. There are two disabled parking spaces in the front courtyard of Kimara, and drop-off is permitted in the front courtyard. Parking in the Kivikoulu courtyard is strictly prohibited. Please bear these points in mind when arriving at the event.

The building is accessible. At events where an admission fee is charged, free entry for a carer accompanying a person with a disability is at the discretion of the organiser of each event. At events organised by the city, carers are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a carer’s card.
