    How does adapted exercise work?

Physical activity is tailored to recognise and take into account the individual needs and goals of participants. Physical activity is adapted to participants’ functional abilities, and the programme makes use of, for example, adapted versions of various sports.

Keuruu and Petäjävesi share an adapted physical activity instructor. You can find the Petäjävesi groups on the municipality’s website. The Petäjävesi groups meet on Thursdays.
