Youth centre activities are open to all young people, offering them a wide range of leisure activities. There are two youth workers on site at the youth centres, and young people are closely involved in planning the activities. In addition to the youth workers, the youth centre employs paid part-time staff.

    Kipinä Youth Centre

Kipinä is a cosy and versatile three-storey youth centre located in the centre of Keuruu, offering activities for young people across three different floors. Kipinä runs weekly open and supervised activities for pupils in Years 4–6, secondary school pupils and young people in upper secondary education. In addition to open-access facilities, Kipinä offers a variety of group activities aimed at young people.

You can pop into Kipinä after school with friends or on your own to make a snack, play games, take part in weekly challenges, do some crafts or recharge your batteries for your next activity. At Kipinä, young people also organise fun parties and events throughout the year.

On Friday evenings at Kipinä, we hold snooker tou aments, take part in competitions, host themed parties and enjoy some delicious pastries.
