Academic calendar
The course begins with an open taster session on Wednesday 13 August (pre-registration via the online form).
Classes run throughout the autumn term until 10 December, and the spring term from 7 January to 20 May 2026. The course is taught by dance teacher Heidi Wasko.
3.15–4.15 pm Beginners’ ballet (ages 7–9)- 4.15–5.00 pm Children’s dance, ages 4–6 (you can sign up for the spring 2026 term)

Tuition fees
- €125 per term (lessons last 60 minutes)
- €119 per term (lessons last 45 minutes)
- €92 per term (for music school students taking dance as an additional subject).

For the purposes of each group’s activities, it is recommended that there be at least five pupils in the group.

Introduction to the groups
Children’s dance (ages 4–6):
- During the classes, we explore the basics of different aspects of dance through playful activities and imagination exercises. Children lea to perceive music, movement in space, different shapes and rhythm. They lea to work in groups, in pairs and also independently. The classes include lots of fun creative exercises and, of course, the joy of dancing.
- Clothing: Wear clothes that allow you to move freely; bare feet. Further instructions will be provided at the start of the session.
Introduction to ballet (ages 7–9):
- An introduction to classical ballet and the joy of dance for 7–9-year-olds.
- Clothing: You may wear a short tulle skirt, club shoes, proper canvas ballet shoes or socks for the class. Long hair must be tied back and jewellery should be left at home.
