Keuruu supplement
The Keuruu Supplement supports employment. The Keuruu Supplement may be paid to a company, association or foundation when it hires an unemployed person from Keuruu who has been continuously unemployed for at least 12 months. The Keuruu supplement is a replacement benefit and is not paid in conjunction with wage subsidies or the youth employment supplement.

When employing staff using a summer job voucher, the work must be carried out over three consecutive weeks, with a minimum of 60 working hours, and the pay must comply with the collective agreement. However, in sectors where there is no generally binding collective agreement, the pay must be at least the rate confirmed for the current year under the ‘Discover and Ea ’ campaign / 60 hours, including holiday pay.
The person employing the young person draws up the employment contract, pays the salary and statutory employer contributions, and is responsible for health and safety at work. Under no circumstances are these responsibilities transferred to the City of Keuruu.
